The opportunity…

We are looking for an energetic, positive, and self-driven Sales and Service Consultant to join our well-established niche customer centric brand.

You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our clients, focusing specifically on our niche disability insurance products. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing them with the support and assistance they need to navigate their insurance coverage effectively.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns related to our products via phone, email, and other communication channels.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, demonstrating a genuine commitment to their satisfaction and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their overall experience.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey complex information.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to customer service, with a genuine desire to assist others and make a positive impact.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and creatively to resolve issues and meet client needs.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Experience in insurance, financial services, or a call centre environment is highly valued but not essential. What matters most to us is your positive energy and commitment to outstanding customer service.
