Last year we celebrated our 5th birthday as a dedicated pet insurer, and we’re still wagging our tails with excitement! At PD Insurance, pets are at the very heart of everything we do. We don’t just want customers, we want raving fans. That’s why we’re all about making pet insurance simple, affordable, and stress-free, so that cats and dogs get the care they deserve when life throws a curveball.

A Bit About the Role

This is where your love of pets and pawsome communication and interpersonal skills come in. You’ll guide pet parents through our three simple plans, help them understand cover, and make the process easy. You’ll also support our existing customers, ensuring their pets stay protected and their experience stays five-star.

What Your Day Might Look Like

• Making outbound calls to pet parents who’ve shown interest in insuring their cats or dogs
• Chatting with existing customers via phone, email, or live chat
• Understanding each customer’s needs and recommending the right cover for their fur-mily
• Balancing sales goals with genuine care and service

• You’ve got proven sales experience and love hitting targets
• You know how to build rapport quickly and communicate with warmth
• You’re as passionate about pets as we are (bonus points if you have a fur-baby of your own!)
• You put the customer first and thrive in a team that does the same
