RSPCA Pet Insurance is one of Australia's most purpose-driven financial services businesses. We exist at the intersection of animal welfare and insurance and we take both seriously. Launched in its new form in April 2026, our product gives Australian pet owners flexible, customisable cover while directing a portion of every premium to the RSPCA's rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming work.

We are a fast-moving team operating at scale and are building something that matters, a business that is genuinely good for pets, for pet owners, and for animals in need across Australia.

  • Support document preparation and approval workflows across legal, compliance, marketing and operations
  • Maintain registers for legal, regulatory and customer matters
  • Act as the key coordination point between the CEO and external partners including PR, media, legal and insurance partners
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the broader leadership team as required
  • Lead and support projects, reporting, research and business initiatives across the organisation
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across a complex environment
  • Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

What you will bring…

Essential

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive or CEO
  • Exceptional written communication
  • Outstanding organisational skills with a genuine instinct for prioritisation
  • Discretion and maturity in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure

Highly regarded

  • Experience in financial services, insurance, legal or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks
  • An understanding of or passion for animal welfare

Why you will love working with us…

  • Competitive remuneration and variable rewards
  • Supportive and collaborative work environment that values work-life balance
  • Wellbeing Program offering EAP and annual wellbeing reimbursement
  • Volunteer and support opportunities to make a difference in your local community
  • Reward and Recognition Program offering both monetary rewards and additional leave at key service milestones

If this role and our team sounds like a good fit for you, we would love to hear from you!
